Hercesa Internacional became a pioneer in Poland with his development project in Ostrów Wielkopolski, for the first time a Town Council associates with a private company in order to develop council flats.
Moreover, this moment in time it is a unique activity which integrates the execution of the housing estate with the construction works of the infrastructure. The agreement was signed on the 30th of September 2008 and the sell process of the first stage is planned to go ahead in the next months.
